Pepper – Ancho


Deep green, medium-size, blocky-shoulder peppers that are the star of chile rellenos, but can be enjoyed in any pepper dish. Anchos bring a little heat, but not too much. Harvest fruits and let dry or smoke and enjoy as p0blano seasoning. Start indoors, 6 weeks before the last freeze, then transplant outside. Plants will get tall and benefit from supports. .5g ~ 50 seeds.
