We REALLY love growing onions here on the farm, they’re truly one of my favorite crops to plant, harvest and have available all season long. There are varieties we have to grow every year, if we didn’t it would be like not seeing a good friend, we would miss them too much.

Siskiyou Sweets is truly a dear onion friend to us and a MUST grow every season variety. A large sweet onion, Siskiyou Sweet has a beautiful flavor that caramelizes like a dream. These sweet onions are best enjoyed in the summer months. Cured onions will last a few months, but not through the winter. Breed by Don Tipping of Siskiyou Seeds.
