Surry is a result of an open pollinated cross between domestic and wild arugula. You can see the connection to its wild ancestors in Surrey’s great spicy flavor, deeply serrated leaves and resistance to disease. Sow arugula weekly in the spring and fall for steady harvest during the cool season months. Bolted arugula makes for great pollinator habitat and the flowers can be enjoyed on salads.  1.5g ~700 seeds
